Reconnect with Your Food, Respectfully
In today’s world, many of us are disconnected from the source of our meals. This course aims to bridge that gap by honoring our ancestral hunter-gatherer traditions and teaching ethical, respectful preparation practices. Every animal used in this workshop is carefully selected to benefit the overall deer population, and we ensure nothing goes to waste—right down to the bones and skin.
